Description
When the milk boils and cools down, leave it in the fridge and after 2/3 hours, the cream accumulates on the milk. It should be taken out of the milk with a fork and stored in a bowl in the fridge. If it is quite thick, take it out of the fridge and whisk it at normal temperature. Butter and buttermilk will separate in a while.
Mixing cold water will separate butter and buttermilk. Remove the butter and put it in a container and wash it again with cold water. Leave it in a lid and refrigerate for several days. I use this butter when making cakes. Sometimes I make ghee again with Parota. It takes about 10 minutes to make this white butter.
After removing the butter, I also use buttermilk. Such as making curry Pokora or whey syrup. However, this whey should not be too old. In that case, the taste is not right.
